Terms and Conditions

1. Application

These terms apply to any quote, estimate or contract for work provided by CC Drylining Limited. By instructing us to carry out work, you accept these terms.

2. Services

We provide drylining, stud wall construction, suspended ceilings, tape and jointing, painting and decorating, office refurbishments and exterior paint spraying, as agreed in each individual quote.

3. Quotes and pricing

Quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation. Prices are valid for 30 days from the date of the quote unless otherwise stated, and are based on the information and access provided at the time of quoting — unforeseen site conditions may require a revised price.

4. Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide reasonable access to the site, disclose any known hazards, and ensure the work area is clear of obstructions where possible, so the job can proceed safely and to schedule.

5. Payment

Payment terms, including any deposit and staged payments, will be set out in your individual quote or contract. Final payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Delivery and scheduling

We'll agree a start date and expected timescale with you before work begins. Timescales are estimates — they can be affected by factors outside our control, including weather, site access and materials availability.

7. Guarantees and liability

We carry out all work to a good trade standard and hold public liability insurance. Any defects arising from our workmanship should be reported to us promptly so we can put them right.

8. Cancellation

If you need to cancel or postpone confirmed work, please give us as much notice as possible. Reasonable costs already incurred (materials ordered, work already carried out) may be chargeable.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
